Workplace & On-Site Cognomovement Sessions Policy

Introduction

Emotional Reset provides professional on-site and workplace-based Cognomovement sessions designed to support emotional wellbeing within organisations.

This policy outlines how sessions are delivered, the standards expected during delivery, and the responsibilities of both Emotional Reset and the organisation engaging the services.

Our aim is to create a safe, respectful, supportive, and confidential environment where employees can access emotional wellbeing support without judgement.

Purpose of Workplace Sessions

Cognomovement sessions are designed to help individuals reduce or release unwanted emotional responses such as stress, anxiety, overwhelm, worry, grief, emotional burnout, fears, limiting beliefs, and other emotionally driven responses that may impact wellbeing and workplace performance.

Sessions are intended to support emotional wellbeing and nervous system regulation within the workplace environment.

Confidentiality

Employee confidentiality is respected at all times.

Any personal information or emotional experiences shared during a Cognomovement session will remain private and confidential unless:

  • The individual gives explicit consent to share information

  • Disclosure is required by law

  • There is a safeguarding concern involving serious risk of harm to the individual or others

Employers will not receive personal details regarding the content of individual sessions.

General feedback may be provided at organisational level where appropriate, but this will never identify individual employees.

Voluntary Participation

Participation in Cognomovement sessions must always be voluntary.

Employees should never feel pressured, coerced, or obligated to attend sessions by managers, colleagues, or the organisation.

Individuals have the right to stop or decline participation at any stage.

Emotional Reset is committed to maintaining professional, ethical, and respectful standards at all times.

All sessions are delivered in a non-judgemental and supportive manner that respects diversity, inclusion, personal boundaries, and individual experiences.
